Pediatric MSK Imaging Lab at ICCBH 2026
The Pediatric MSK Imaging Lab travelled to Montréal for the International Conference on Children’s Bone Health, sharing new work on pediatric fracture healing and bone marrow adiposity during growth.
The Pediatric Musculoskeletal Imaging Lab was excited to attend the 2026 International Conference on Children’s Bone Health (ICCBH) in Montréal. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the pediatric bone research community, share new lab work, and come home with fresh ideas for studying the growing skeleton.
Camryn McMillan presented a poster on pediatric fracture healing, highlighting ongoing work to better understand how bone repairs itself during growth. Alana Stahl presented a late-breaking podium presentation on sex-specific differences in bone marrow adiposity during growth, bringing our preclinical bone and marrow research to the ICCBH stage.
And because Montréal knows how to put on a show, we also made time for Cirque du Soleil — a pretty excellent reminder that biomechanics can be both scientifically fascinating and wildly entertaining.
