Camryn McMillan is a biosystems engineering graduate from the University of Manitoba, where she completed a BSc in Biosystems Engineering with a Biomedical Engineering specialization in 2024. Her interest in bone and joint health grew from her involvement on the Biomedical Engineering Design Team during her undergraduate degree.

Camryn is a PhD student in the Pediatric Musculoskeletal Imaging Lab. Her project focuses on the impact of childhood obesity on adolescent bone growth, fracture risk, and fracture healing.

Outside of the lab, Camryn enjoys slo-pitch, curling, skiing, crocheting, and hanging out with her cat Harvey.
